We went Royal Ballroom Hall for a party, Hall looks like a Palace and also the hotel, Great services starts with smiles filled welcome drinks, Great North Indian salads and chats, Superb main course and sweet filled desserts. Everyone is informative from main gate Security to the Service boys.
This place is nice. Well maintained. All staff is trained and cultured.
There is a room for improvement in toilets to have Indian wash facilities because hotel exists in India not outside.
Good service and with great buffet options at this restaurant. Located at a nice place near to the Adyar and besant nagar with nice view of adyar backwater and beach,broken bridge. Food and service was great and nicely maintained.
I got the city, backwater and sea facing view with 2 balconies. It was good but wish I had got just the sea facing only as backwater area had lot of garbage and wasn't a pleasant view to be honest.
Room service: was not great at night. I had requested for cutlery and extra sheets. I had to remind them multiple times and it was annoying. But otherwise, hospitality is really great.
I wish the bathroom had latch from inside. Lol! Breakfast buffet was amazing. Tasty and varieties of food. It was satisfying.
